As we observed on the page, “the three e’s”, Christians often do not get
involved in ‘ministry’ because they do not believe
that they are allowed to.
This may, of course, be a cop out (if you will
forgive the expressive vernacular), but for many it is a
deeply-held belief.
In many churches, a change of
culture may be needed to release the laos, the
people of God into ministry.
This is not a simple matter.
Over time we hope to build a bank of ideas,
articles and case studies that will assist change and
agents of change so that many more believers are
empowered and know that they are allowed to
minister God’s grace, mercy, love and truth.
